At Cotton Bloom, we are committed to delivering high-quality, USA-made products. Due to our high manufacturing costs, we offer store credit for most returns and cash refunds only in special cases.
Store Credit for Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Store credit can be used on any future purchases and never expires.
Special Cases: Cash Refunds
Cash refunds are offered only in special circumstances, such as for defective or damaged items upon receipt. If your situation qualifies, please reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll assist you with the process.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Any items that appear worn, wrinkled, or damaged upon inspection will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
